hSenid powers Mobile Stock Trading

hSenid Mobile with Investor Access Asia (Pvt) Ltd (IAA) will be launching “CDAX Mobile” Mobile Stock Trading platform today. The system will connect seven renowned stock brokers in the country to offer users a convenient, user-friendly share trading platform on Java enabled mobile phones.

IAA is a fully owned subsidiary of Asia Capital PLC. IAA pioneered real time direct access online trading on the Colombo Stock Exchange via CDAX in 2003 and today it is the largest and the preferred online platform among all types of investors. IAA succeeded in integrating real-time financial trading through CDAX with hSenid’s Stock Trading application, (mChoice StockTrading) to launch CDAX Mobile which enables CDAX users with access to GPRS and Wi-Fi networks to connect to the CDAX platform and take share trading out of their homes and offices and into coffee shops or anywhere in the world.

Buying and selling shares, streaming prices, modifying/cancelling orders, market statistics, instant trade confirmation, real time stock quotes, portfolio valuations and live updates on top gainers and losers are a few of the many options available on CDAX Mobile.

With a total of seven stock brokers now providing online trading facilities to their clients via CDAX, clients of Asia Securities, Asha Phillip Securities, Ceylinco Stock Brokers, Lanka Securities, Acuity Stock Brokers, Capital Alliance Securities and SMB Securities will now have the freedom to trade live on the Colombo Stock Exchange via CDAX Mobile by connecting to the GPRS network on their mobile phones.

The CDAX Mobile Stock Trading application can be freely downloaded and installed to one’s mobile phone from www.cdax.lk/mobile. Once a user subscribes to the CDAX Mobile service, he/she is able to access his account from the same CDAX username he uses to trade online.

CDAX Mobile is designed with a simple menu to easily navigate through the system. In no-time, traders can make seamless transactions from a mobile device putting live share trading literally at their fingertips.

“Our aim in introducing this product was to deliver an unprecedented real time stock trading system to the individual investor.

With the recent increase in activity in the Colombo Stock Exchange, I have no doubt that the new service would make a significant contribution to all investors to make instant investment decisions from anywhere anytime”, said hSenid Mobile Solutions CEO Dinesh Saparamadu.

hSenid’s revolutionary stock trading application has already proved itself in foreign markets in the Middle East stock exchange with the “Kuwait and Middle East Financial Investment Company” (KEMIFIC).

In the Middle East “mChoice StockTrading” enables customers to trade, in up to four markets in real-time, whilst drawing together real-time stock quotes and other information from seven other markets via a mobile phone. The solution was developed both in English and in Arabic to assist the locals as well as the large number of westerners who reside in the region as expat workers.
