SLFP convention:
Some roads closed tomorrow
Some roads will be closed on account of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party
annual convention to be held at the Khettarama Stadium, Colombo tomorrow
from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Motorists are requested to use alternative roads during these hours,
Police Headquarters said in a press release yesterday.
There may be obstruction on the following roads:
To enter Baseline road: Leslie Ranagala Mawatha (near the Government
Press); from Peliyagoda Roundabout from Ingurukade Junction.
* From Jumma Masjid Road
* From Jumma Masjid lane to Jumma Masjid Road
* From Saddharma Mawatha Khettarama Road
* From Baseline Road junction to Old Bodhiraja Mawatha
* From Baseline Road to New Bodhiraja Mawatha
* From Babapulle Bridge to New Bodhiraja Mawatha
* Babapulle Road to Grandpass
* Kosgas Junction to Grandpass Road
* Sangharaja Mawatha to Pradeepa Mawatha
* Jayantha Weerasekara Mawatha Panchikawatta Junction on Jayantha
Weerasekara Mawatha.
Public are requested to consult the police on alternative routes
during these hours, the release said.
