the event of a future general strike, so that the public would not
be made to suffer inconvenience or the impact of a breakdown in any

Students hit by mysterious illness
At least 45 students of Ambagahadeniya Maha
Vidyalaya were admitted to hospital yesterday after complaining of
dizziness. Five students who were critical were admitted to the
Matara Hospital.
