Rise in AH1N1, viral fever

he AH1N1 influenza and another type of viral fever are reported to be spreading in Polonnaruwa.

Nearly 129 patients suffering from viral fever and two persons from the influenza have received treatment at the Polonnaruwa hospital.

Another 1,000 patients suffering from diarrhoea have also taken treatment from the hospital, sources said. Meanwhile, patients have complained of the non-availability of the N 95 face masks at the hospital.
