Sudharman Radaliyagoda, Kurunegala District SLFP Organizer

Journalist Sudharman Radaliyagoda has been appointed as the SLFP organizer for the Kurunegala District.

President Mahinda Rajapaksa made this appointment appreciating his contributions to the nation by directing the people towards the correct path through the media. An old boy of Ashoka Junior School and Ananda College he started his career as a journalist in 1988, joining the Dinakara, the official newspaper of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party.

He joined the Independent Television Network in January 1999.

Subsequently he was appointed as the Deputy General Manager - News and Current Affairs. By conducting the Shanida Ayubowan program on Sri Lanka Rupawahini Corporation, he commenced his career as a moderator in the electronic media.

He is the son of A.M.S. Radaliyagoda, a famous social activist in the Radaliyagoda area in Panduwasnuwara, Kurunegala and a former Director, Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
