New office building for EPF

President Mahinda Rajapaksa will lay the foundation stone for the 30 storied new office building of the Employees Provident Fund tomorrow.

This new building complex named Mehewara Piyasa will cost Rs 7.5 billion and will be completed in three years. All services located at various places will be brought under one roof of this new building complex to ensure a speedy service to the public, Labour Relations and Manpower Minister Athauda Seneviratne said.

The labour museum titled Urumayaka Piyasatahan will also be opened by the President on this day.
