 The Average Weighted Prime Lending Rate (AWPLR) and the Lowest
Prime Rate (LPR) during the week ended 1st Jan, 2010 by all
commercial banks was 10.91 percent and 9.00 percent respectively.

 The Average Weighted Deposit Rate (AWDR) of the commercial banks, 
for the month of December, 2009 was 8.01 percent.
