Launch of CIMA Corporate Program 2010

China and India will be major contributors in the global economy in years to come and urbanization will be the future trend. The CIMA qualification will provide the talent and the skill that is required to face the future, Chief Guest CIMA Executive Director, Andrew Harding said at the launch of CIMA Corporate program 2010 under the theme "Elevating professional excellence with CIMA" yesterday in Colombo.

The corporate sector has a role to play in the development of the country and professional institutions such as CIMA could lead the way. The young people of Sri Lanka have, for many years been taking the opportunity offered by CIMA to change their lives. The CIMA qualification has helped them to build successful and prosperous careers rewarding their hard work, he said.

This program was launched in 2007 keeping in line with the global growth strategy underpinned by strong and effective partnering programs with employers around the world.

The program is also designed to establish affinities with leading corporate organizations in Sri Lanka for mutual benefit from CIMA's high brand recognition and compatible professionalism and values.
