Gerardo Hernandez’ defence team to apply for Habeas Corpus
The defence team of Gerardo Hernandez, one of
the five Cuban antiterrorists imprisoned in the United States, will
apply for habeas corpus before June 14, in favour of the prisoner,
who was sentenced to double life and 15 years in jail.
