Lanka’s doors open to foreign investors, Minister tells envoys

Industry and Commerce Minister Rishad Bathiutheen who met several new
Ambassadors, said the country has opened its doors for foreign investors
to contribute to local projects.
The Minster met Algeria Ambassador Echarif Mohammad Hacene, Armenia
Ambassador Ara Hakobyan, Brunei Ambassador Haji Sedek Ali and Macedonia
Ambassador Peter Jovanovski.
A Ministry spokesperson said following the meetings, Bathiyutheen
said the country after defeating had reached a milestone in industrial
development as well as promoting business investment.
“The country has launched a vast number development programs in the
North and the East and the entire island,” he added. |
