Aged mother attacked by three youths

A mother of 83 years and her 53-year-old daughter have been reportedly assaulted by three young men who are absconding police arrest, Galle Habaraduwa Police said.

Police investigations revealed that the suspects have smashed the elderly woman’s head against the house wall after attacking her. Following the assault, the woman had fallen unconscious. Subsequently, the attackers had fled.

Habaraduwa Police initiated special investigations to arrests the suspects.
