Wayne Wood who was employed for the past 18 months with the Royal Turf Club has tendered his resignation from the position of CEO.
His contract ended earlier this year and he has been operating on a consultancy basis since then. As of September 6 he no longer have any position within the organization, nor he will be acting in any capacity for the Royal Turf Club.
He believes there is great potential for the industry in the island and racing will forge forward and he hoped to assist the wider racing community in some capacity in the future.
