A brand new Hyundai Grand i10 car was presented as the first prize to Hyundai Star 2017 at the grand finale of the ‘Hyundai Grand Talk Grand Win’ competition held at the Waters Edge.
Prestige Automobiles Chairman and Managing Director Heinz Reuter presented the Hyundai Grand i10 brand new car to the Hyundai Star 2017, Mahesh Randeniya.
The two runner-ups received a home theater system and a TV in addition to having 17 consolation prize winners. Hyundai Grand Talk Grand Win online competition held from February to June 2017 had unique and innovative features. It was carried out via social media platforms; Facebook, Instagram and Twitter including hash-tagging and referrals.
Without confining to Colombo and suburbs the competition was opened to all Sri Lankans covering every household across the country. Those who expressed their brand loyalty, passion and dedication towards the Hyundai brand by communicating and promoting the most awarded compact car in the world, Hyundai Grand i10 had greater chances of winning the car.
Offering a distinctive advantage to current owners of Hyundai vehicles was unique to the competition. ‘Referral Entry’ feature of the competition offered existing customers to demonstrate their loyalty towards Hyundai brand by recommending Hyundai to their peers.
The promotional campaign reached 2.7 million users achieving 79 percent of the reach of the Hyundai target group on Facebook. From February to June 2017, a total of 5.4 million users have seen content related to the Hyundai Lanka Facebook page. Google Adverts report showed the campaign had received 17,373 clicks.
The Hyundai Grand i10 Auto fully loaded model with a sports stylish look has an array of features that include; Automatic transmission, all door power shutters, retractable mirrors, airbag, factory fitted alloy wheel, seat height adjustment, A/C, rear A/C air vent, under seat tray, keyless entry, high grade audio player with reverse camera, wrap around head lights and fog lamps, rear tail lamp, rear viper, height adjustable seat belt, adjustable rear headrest, flat folding seats and adjustable steering wheel.
Hyundai Grand i10 car comes in nine colours; star dust, phantom black, purple white, golden orange, aqua blue, red passion, wine red, twilight blue and sleek silver.
