Rs. two million worth timber seized with suspects

Wanathawilluwa Police took into custody teak timber worth two million rupees kept hidden in a house with suspects.

The house owner is said to be a government high ranking officer attached to the Wanathawilluwa Divisional Secretariat.

A Police team led by Wanathawilluwa ASP Jayantha Nanayakkara arrested the suspects with the timber. Police are investigating.
