Moors SC’s Fahim for World Snooker Championships

Moors SC’s MFM Fahim who clinched the 66th National Snooker Championship title on his debut will represent Sri Lanka at the upcoming World Snooker Championships to be held in Myanmar.

Fahim was unbeaten throughout the championships and beat experienced contenders like SHM Aslam, Pushpakumara, M. Isham, MJM Thasleem and Mohamed Ashiq on his way to the title.

Fahim is coached by Ameer Mukthar, a veteran in the sports and a member of Moors SC who holds the ACBS and IBSF chief referees position. He is also a qualified international coach.

Fahim will travel to Myanmar with his coach for the world championships.
