Case filed against former Chief Justice Sarath N. Silva

A petition has been filed before the Supreme Court against the former Chief Justice Sarath N. Silva over contempt of court.
Senior Professor Chandraguptha Thenuwara, Prof Hewa Waduge Cyril, Prof Prashantha Gunawardene has filed the petition stating that Sarath N Silva  at a meeting  in Maradana, had made a statement insulting the Court.
