Sewing machines and other equipment were provided to underprivileged families and entrepreneurs, as well as those engaged in small industries in the Nintavur Divisional Secretariat division, recently.
About 20 families were facilitated through this programme at a cost of Rs.4 million. The equipment was handed over by State Health, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine Minister M.C. Faisal Cassim, at a ceremony held at the Nintavur Divisional Secretariat auditorium.
