Lieutenant Commander Isuru Suriyabandara appointed

Lieutenant Commander Isuru Suriyabandara has been appointed as the new Media Spokesman of the Sri Lanka Navy with effect from 01st January 2019. He succeeds Commander (G) Dinesh Bandara who held the appointment previously.
