Yala packed with tourists

A large crowd of tourists including both foreigners and locals have visited the Yala National Park during the past four weeks, the National Park Warden said.

According to the Park Warden, the arrival of tourists had increased by three folds. Tourists had booked all tourist circuit bungalows earlier.

He requests visitors to enjoy the visit to the park without littering it with plastic bottles, lunch sheets and polythene sheets.

He also advises drivers to be more careful when driving inside the park to avoid any accidents.
