Seventy-two police officers-in-charge have been transferred with immediate effect, the police media spokesperson’s office stated.
In accordance with the instructions of the Inspector General of Police and the National Police Commission the transfers have been implemented.
Reportedly, 27 chief inspectors and 45 inspectors are among the transferred police officers.
