A recent disclosure to Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) says that two major shareholders of Hunas Falls PLC, Carbotels (Pvt) Ltd and Amaya Leisure PLC have informed that they have been approached by a prospective buyer to purchase their total shareholding of 66.20% in the Hunas Falls PLC, , subject to a due diligence
According to the latest Interim Financial Statement published on the stock exchange, the Stated Capital as at September 30, 2018 is Rs. 82,500,000 September (30, 2017 - Rs. 82,500,000). The property has over 19 acres.
There has also been an increase in the share price of Hunas Falls PLC after the disclosure with the share price which stood at Rs 76.30 on December 28 increasing to Rs 155 by yesterday noon.
