R. M. Samantha Sujeewa Rathnayake, a Navy sailor needs to undergo an urgent kidney transplant.
He urgently needs an O-negative or O-positive kidney. He is instructed only to take 300 ml of water a day. He visits the Galgamuwa Base Hospital twice a week for blood transfusions.
His kidney disease was diagnosed nearly one-and-a-half months ago. He joined the Navy nine years ago, and is a father of three girls. Potential donors could contact him on 075- 6299839.
