A constitution should be created through the hearts of the people: Minister Ravi

Power, Energy and Business Development Minister Ravi Karunanayake has emphasized that a constitution should be created that enshrines the unitary nature of the country and gives Buddhism the foremost place in the hearts of the people.

Minister made this observation at a ceremony held in Maharagama yesterday to distribute exercise books and school equipment to the children of Maharagama. This time around, a large number of people including the local authorities visited the area.
