The Eden Resort & Spa in Beruwala, the flagship resort of Browns Hotels & Resorts recently won top awards in the Hospitality Industry.
These include the prestigious, globally acclaimed ITS Red Star Award and the Silver Award at the National Business Excellence Awards (NBEA) 2018 under the Hospitality and Tourism Sector in the National level ‘Large’ category. The Eden also becomes the first and only Red Star award winning property in Sri Lanka.
The ITS Red Star Award stands for outstanding holiday quality and the satisfaction of the guests determines the award. Criteria such as reviews and recommendations in hotel rating portals are included in the selection of winners, as well as the results from its own guest surveys.
By receiving the ITS Red Star Award for the first time, The Eden now stands among the worldwide 100 best hotels patronized by ITS Guests.
