PM opens new DS building in Balapitiya

The new four-storied Balapitiya Divisional Secretariat building constructed at a cost of Rs. 74.8 million was vested with the public by Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe yesterday. Financial support for the project was extended by the Internal and Home Affairs and Provincial Councils and Local Government Ministry. Ministers Wajira Abeywardhane, Gayantha Karunatilake and MPs Bandulal Bandarigoda and Manusha Nanayakkara were also present on this occasion. Pictures by Hirantha Gunathillaka
