Special Task Force today arrested “Ala Rangi”, farther in law of underworld gangster Keselwatte Dinuka in Keselwatte, Colombo with heroin packets.
Police sources said that he was arrested during a raid conducted by the STF in Keselwatte. Police have also found two Manna knives from his possession.
