New school building in memory of Ashraff

A three-storey building constructed at Sir Razeek Fareed Muslim Girls School in Colombo 15 was inaugurated by Western Provincial Chief Minister Isura Devaperiya.

This was in memory of the Late Minister M. H. M. Ashraff, on the request of Western Provincial Councillor Mohamed Faiz.

The building cost Rs. 60 million. Funds were allocated by the Western Provincial Council.

Minister Rishad Bathiudeen, Colombo District MP Mujibur Rahman, Western Provincial Councillor Arzard Nijamudeen, Colombo Deputy Mayor Mohamed Iqbal and Principal A. S. Noor Naleefa were also present.
