Old vehicle procession gains admiration

Reliability Run - an event organised by the Old Vehicle Owners Association, held a procession with old vehicles of about 20, from Colombo to Anuradhapura, recently.

The procession commenced from the Colombo Independence Square on Saturday with Finance State Minister Harsha de Silva as the Chief Guest. The procession reached Anuradhapura, enjoying the reception passing Jaela, Narammala, Padeniya and Yapahuwa.

Association President Neil Fernando said steps have been taken to hold ‘Old Vehicle Exhibition’ in several places in Anuradhapura.
