A group of naval personnel attached to the Eastern Naval Command recovered a few banned fishing nets during a patrol carried out in Ullackalie lagoon area yesterday.
Accordingly, fifteen banned nets, each was about 150 feet in length, were recovered and they were handed over to the Assistant Directorate of Fisheries in Muttur for onward action.
