The Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), as the nation’s management mentor, is continuing its long-standing relationship with the Central Finance PLC, inaugurated another Executive Development Programme (EDP) recently. There were over hundred participants, grouped under three parallel programmes.
Prof. Ajantha S. Dharmasiri, Director, PIM, who delivered the welcome address at the inauguration of the programme reminisced the continued relationship the PIM had with the Central Finance PLC in the recent past for a number of training programmes. Wasantha K. Senanayake, General Manager, HRD, Central Finance, remarked that they have embarked on the new series of EDPs with the PIM based on the positive impact the company had from the previous programmes.
The new EDP designed by the PIM is aimed at providing a rich learning experience to help develop managerial competencies needed for sustenance, growth and development of the organization in the long run.
