Highest ranked advanced level students from AAT

The highest ranked 100 students at the G.C.E. Advanced Level Commerce Stream 48 were students of AAT, which produces qualified accountants in Sri Lanka.

Also, 15 of these 48 high achievers completed all three stages of the AAT course and qualified for jobs before completing their A/Ls. The seven top ranking students in the Gampaha District of the 2018 A/L Commerce stream are known to have studied AAT.

In addition, seven out of the top 10 A/L Commerce students in the Colombo District were also students of AAT. We are happy to mention that all of the above mentioned students commenced AAT soon after their O/levels.

Uvini Ayathma Ranaweera who earned the 1st place in the Gampaha District and also ranked 2nd islandwide in the 2018 A/L Commerce stream, also began AAT immediately after her O/levels.

AAT provided her with valuable guidance and helped her reach the top in her A/Ls . AAT helps students by covering the entire A/L syllabus and providing them with both theoretical and practical knowledge by utilising specialised methods.

Nationally and internationally, AAT Sri Lanka is the world’s second accounting education institute to acquire full membership of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).

AAT has paved the path for its students to broaden their horizons by providing job opportunities as professional accountants; this has been proven by Uvini and all the other high achieving AAT students. They have also proven that AAT does not add to the burden of the A/Ls, but rather helps one excel at it.

The speciality in AAT is that in addition to providing a certificate that is internationally recognised, it also increases international and local job prospects.
