Twenty day retreat

The Burullapitiya Mission dedicated to St.Ugo has organized a 20 day Retreat on the theme “Jesus Christ is the Face of the Loving God Father” - during the Season of Lent for the spiritual uplift of the faithful belonging to the parish.

Rev. Frs. Dudley Saparamadu OMI and Shihan Shanaka OMI have taken the lead for this spiritual renovation of the Catholic belonging to the Parish Church and six Rev. Fathers from the Nasareth Preaching band led by Rev. Fr. Nilushan Fernndo OMI will conduct the Retreat from March 11 to March 31.

Rev.Frs. of the preaching band will also visit the houses of the Catholics belong to the Burullapitiya Parish during the retreat period at a special healing service will be held for the benefit of the sick.
