A crusader against child exploitation in Sri Lanka who offers pro bono legal services to child victims of crimes was awarded the Annual International Women of Courage (IWOC) Award by US First Lady Melania Trump yesterday event held in the US. She was among 10 women to receive this Award.
Marini de Livera is the Founder and Chairperson of Sisters at Law. She uses the visual arts and drama to create legal literacy among the public.
