Gamini Senarath's case fixed for March 27

Colombo Permanent High Court-at-Bar today fixed for March 27 to deliver its order regarding a request made defence in in the case filed against former President Mahinda Rajapaksa’s Chief of Staff Gamini Sedara Senarath and three others that they be acquitted from the case without calling defence evidence.

When the case came up before Trial-at-bar bench comprising High Court Judges Sampath Abeykoon (President), Sampath Wijeratne and Champa Janaki Rajaratne, both defence and prosecution submitted their written submissions regarding the defence request.
