Two persons have been arrested in the Wellampitiya area for snatching jewellery from women.
The suspects have been identified as drug addicts, police said, Suspects were taken under custody with three motorcycles.
It has been revealed that they have snatched jewelleries using a sharp knife, and robbed many smartphones.
The suspects are residents of Wellampitiya and they will be produced before the Hulftsdorp Magistrate's Court today.
