Swarnamahal launches ‘Golden Moments’ loyalty

Swarnamahal Jewellers, a Ben Holdings Company, has launched “Golden Moments” one of the first loyalty programmes launched by a Sri Lankan jeweller in partnership with Mobiquest a leading Mobile Loyalty and Analytics platform company that has provided mobile based loyalty solutions to over 200+ global brands.

Golden Moments was launched by Alex Lovell, Chairman of Ben Holdings, G.T. Jeyaseelan, Group Director and CEO of Swarnamahal Jewellers, Dinesh Fernando along with Sabina Kamal, Founder and COO of Mobiquest.

The first Loyalty customers being registered at the Swarnamahal main branch in Colombo 04. Customers are now welcome to register to the Golden Moments programme online via purchase at our store or simply by downloading the loyalty app via their android or apple devices. Customer registration is also open at all Swarnamahal outlets island wide.

The move from Swarnamahal is part of a holistic brand rejuvenation that is unfolding in the coming months. Alex Lovell, Chairman of Ben Holdings said, “Swarnamahal is a brand with a strong legacy that has established trust generation after generation.
