A.R.M. Salih of Maruthamunai is seen receiving the award at the Lakshman Kadirgamar Centre Auditorium in Colombo recently.
Sainthamaruthu Divisional Secretariat Samurdhi Head Quarter Manager A.R.M. Saalih, received the Dr. Abdul Kalam Memorial Excellence Award by the Lanka Achivers Foundation and Viswam Campus for the impeccable social services.
The ceremony was presided by the Viswam Campus Chairman Prof. Dr. Dicxder Fernando. Professor from India Pathmasiri Dr. Vijayakumar S. Shah as the chief guest.
Professor Dr. Rizvi Sheriff, Professor, Dr. S.L. Riyas, Professor, Dr. Lakshman Madurasingha and Senior Deputy Inspector General of Police M.R. Latheef participated as special guests.
