A man was found dead in the Thummodara area in Hanwella area around 1.50 pm yesterday.
The deceased has been identified as a 35 year old male, while No information had been revealed relating to the death so far, the Police Spokesman's Office said.
The remain is kept under police protection, and the post mortem is to be conducted today.
The Hanwella Police are conducting further investigations.
