The North-western Naval Command, in coordination with the Puttalam Police Narcotics Division, apprehended a person transporting 4.18kg of Kerala cannabis on a motorcycle in Palliawasalapadu, Puttalam, last Sunday.
The suspect is a 21-year-old resident of Pallliawasalapadu. The Puttalam Police Narcotics Division is investigating.
