A businessman possessing CDs of extremist lectures and activities of the National Thowheed Jamath (NTJ), was remanded till May 27 by Anuradhapura Chief Magistrate Janaka Prasanna Samarasinghe, recently.
The suspect had claimed to be a media personnel.
He is a resident of Udaya Mawatha, Anuradhapura.
Police seized 322 CDs at the time of the arrest. Investigations are continuing.
