No threat of terrorism to the country- president

The President Maithripala Sirisena has said that there is no threat of a terror attack, but only a few opportunists are trying to satisfy their petty agendas.

During a meeting with Kalutara District politicians, State Officers and Security Service Chiefs, organized at the District Secretariat Kalutara recently, the President claimed that certain people are misusing the independence that has been established in the country by spreading incorrect information without knowing the facts.
