H.S Fabric Collection Company Ltd, launched their “new showroom and a new brand, H. S. Select at Narahenpita Road, Nawala last week.
Managing Director H.S Fabric Collection, Lahiru Gamage said that they invested around RS. 60 million to refurbish the new showroom and create, H. S. Select, which would be introducing a new range of imported curtain material to Sri Lanka.

“We would be importing material from both India and Indonesia and marketing them through the head office in Nawala and our branches and their sister company, Nawala Cushions Works.”
He said that there are one of the leading suppliers of cushion material to leading hotels, apartments and they expect the same positive response from their clients for, H. S. Select curtain material. “We are also the leading suppliers of fabrics for sofa makers in the Moratuwa area.”
He said that there are several grades of curtains including fire-protected material.
“However though most of the leading hotel chains in Sri Lanka prefer to purchase fire-protected curtain material this attitude is sadly not followed by most of the Apartment developers.”
“We will also look at opening more branches and creating our fabrics in the future,’’ he said.
Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva, the Head of the National Operation Centre for Prevention of the COVID-19 Outbreak was the Chief Guest.
