Two long-established, truly Sri Lankan brands entered into an agreement to offer convenience to Sri Lankans islandwide recently.
Laugfs Gas, a leader in providing LPG as a cleaner source of fuel and retailer, Abans, entered into a partnership for distribution.
This strategic partnership would enable Sri Lankans to conveniently purchase cooking-related products including new empty gas cylinders, gas cookers, free standing cookers and other appliances under one roof.
The official signing of the agreement took place at the Colombo City Centre (CCC) on September 30, with the participation of Group Managing Director of Laugfs Holdings, Piyadasa Kudabalage, Group Managing Director of Abans, Behman (Tito) Pestonjee, Director and CEO of Laugfs Gas PLC, Chaminda Ediriwickrama and Chief Marketing Officer of Abans, Buddhika Dharmawardena.
