Two hundred made-in-Sri Lanka products to enter market soon - IDF

The Industrial Development Forum (IDF) states that 200 high quality made in Sri Lanka products will be introduced soon to the market at low prices.

Industrial Development Forum Director and Micro Electrical International President Dhammika Samarawickarama said that these 200 products will be introduced to the nation under the patronage of the President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa and Industries Minister Wimal Weerawansa.

This programme was implemented by IDF Instructor Dr. Udaya Indraratne and President Sampath Mayakaduwa to motivate 200 entrepreneurs and encouraging consumers to buy locally manufactured products, he said. The Industrial Development Forum, which is working to introduce a new network of Sri Lankan products to the nation at once, hopes to strengthen the national economy through it.

The programme will also eradicate poverty and unemployment and increase the livelihoods of all sections of the population, he added.
