Yakkalamulla Police arrested a suspect for stealing women’s undergarments on cloth lines in gardens.
The 32-year-old suspect had been caught by a couple in Makumbura in the Yakkalamulla Police Division on Friday and handed him over to police. The suspect had been accused of similar offences earlier as well, the Police said.
