Homelands Skyline (Pvt.) Ltd. a leading real estate developers recently announced the acquisition of three new properties in Negombo, Meegoda and Piliyandala Kahathuduwa to add to their repertoire of high value property.

The new property is located in three locations that have proven to be in high demand, both as commercial property and as residential plots.

The property located in Negambo consists of 17 acres in a prime location with close proximity to the city. Meanwhile, the company is hoping to develop the 50 acres of land purchased in Megoda, which is facing the High level road, into a middle-level apartment and housing project with a host of amenities. These apartments are proposed to be priced at less than Rs. 10 million.

The 18 acres of land which was purchased in Piliyandala Kahathuduwa adjoining the Canterbury Golf Resort Apartments project. This proposed project is the new wing of the Canterbury Golf Resort Apartments project and will include 177 villas and 264 golf view apartments.

All three properties are located in extremely well developed social and civic infrastructure.
