First Capital Holdings in a Stock Exchange disclosure announced that its Rs. 2 billion debenture issue has been oversubscribed. “We wish to inform you that we have received applications for over Rs.2 billion for the above Debenture Issue by First Capital Holdings PLC and accordingly the issue has been oversubscribed. Therefore,the issue has been closed on February 1, 2021 as per prospectus.” The basis of allotment will be notified to the CSE in due course.
