The Foreign Ministry will be reintroducing the Online Appointment System (OAS) to the Sri Lankan public at the Consulate General of Sri Lanka in Milan.
The Consular Mobile Services will also be conducted in selected locations outside Rome and Milan, with the mitigation of the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic and adhering to health precautions. The Sri Lanka Missions in Italy have continuously provided services to the public, even under the hazardous circumstances in the COVID-19 global pandemic.
