The annual Inter-School Under-19 cricket encounter between Royal College and Trinity College will be worked off today and tomorrow at Reid Avenue. The Royal-Trinity game is one of the oldest school cricket matches played in Sri Lanka having started the series way back in 1893.
The first game between the two schools was won by Royal and Trinity’s first win came in the year 1896. The match is one of the most looked forward Inter-School cricket fixture and a close encounter is expected with both teams blessed with some talented players.
