This luxury housing complex is also targeting professionals and the business community in the Colombo metropolitan area and housing units are available from Rs. 25 million upwards.

Sandal Colombo Private (Ltd) President Fu Zhong Yue said they will complete the project in two years’ time. “We have opened Sky One Residencies for the public and already around 30% has been sold out.”

The client mix includes Sri Lankans, Chinese and Sri Lankan expatriates and also lawyers.

Colombo Law Society President Attorney Vijaya Gamage said that lawyers will be benefited because the luxury apartment building is very close to the Hulftsdorp Court Complex.

“According to the MoU, Sandal Colombo Private (Ltd) agreed to offer 600 square meters to Colombo Law Society,” Gamage said. Sky One is the third project unveiled in Sri Lanka by ZTDH this year, the first two being Excel World shopping mall project and Thurston 42 apartment project.
